The caution: some providers pair a striking intro price with a high ongoing rate — one currently offers £69 for the first month but charges £144 from month two at the same dose. Possibly, but access is narrow. In England Wegovy is available on the NHS only through specialist weight-management services under NICE guidance (TA875), typically for up to two years, and referral routes and waiting times vary by area. Wegovy is a prescription-only medicine, so approval is never guaranteed and you should be wary of anyone implying otherwise. UK providers generally require a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more alongside a weight-related condition, and most verify with photos or video.
